Detox Smoothie.


Simple ways to turn your morning smoothie into a spring detox?

* Add fresh parsley, arugula, celery, mint, organic dandelion greens, malva, or spinach to your smoothie

*Strawberries, papaya, apples and pineapple are all great detox fruits

*Flax oil, hemp seed oil or coconut oils are all detoxing and high in omega’s.

*Fresh squeezed lemon is my favorite detox fruit

*Herbal tinctures found in your health food store such as horsetail, nettles, dandelion, milk thistle and burdock are all detoxing as well as mineral rich.

The great thing about smoothies is that you can hide all sorts of things in the strong flavor of your favorite ingredients.
