We’ve reached a point in this world when things seem to be spinning out of control.

Mother nature has a mind of her own and the media convinces us daily that our world is in ruin.

Standing in the middle, as things around us drop away, or finding ourselves in the place of no longer and not yet, is scary.

Have you noticed how people and situations that no longer match who you are today are dropping out of your life?  The more you let go and give up the fight, the happier life becomes.

On the flip side, people and opportunities that you really resonate with seem to appear out of no where.

Doors open easier, the right people and situations show up at the right time and life just seems to flow when we let go and make room for the new.

Trust the process and trust yourself.

Letting go of what no longer serves you without attachment, is your route towards freedom.  Holding on creates drama, headaches and the stress of trying to figure it all out.

Truly, just let it go.
